•    Spring Has Sprung 2008- Saturday, May 17th  2008  
•    Beautiful Hidden Valley Lake (4 miles north of Middletown, Ca.) off of Hwy 29.
   Must take Spruce Grove exit and turn right at Deer Hill Rd. checking into security
   gate for instructions.                                  
•    New Venue, New Distances! Races are now around the Lake!
•    
Event tee-shirt included with entry
•    Start and finish “Big Beach”
•     Kids 1k (0.6 mile) Challenge and Relays (Kids event starts at 8:30AM and there is
   no race day registration) Parents can do their own event!
•    Challenging 5k Run (3.1 mile) with varied terrain and gorgeous lake views- Special
   Prizes to overall winners Male/Female 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place and Custom Medals
   3-deep each age division.
•    2.1 Mile run/walk:   Award Ribbons to winners in each age division.
•    Race Day Registration for 2.1 mile and 5k event: 8AM to 8:45AM with 9AM event
   start.  Carpool if possible, limited parking.

Kids 1K Challenge (0.6 mile) 8:30 AM sharp: For kids 5 to 10 years old   who are not
ready for the longer distances; Get them involved in their own “race”! After the kids
cross the finish line, check them into the “Wild Flower Corral” for a cool-down drink and
relay races etc. while you do one of the longer event. Note: limited space (must pre-
register) and parent/guardian must be registered for another Spring Has Sprung event.
$10.00 fee includes tee-shirt, snacks, and lots of fun.
